Description
Here's my take on a scientifically accurate Godzilla. Here I've based him off of Ceratosaurus since it's the only Theropod with dorsal osteoderms.

Species: Theoabbodon Archeogaia
"God of Destruction from the Ancient Earth"
Location: Off the coast of Japan
Classification: DinosauriaSize: 60+ ft
Weight: Unknown
Diet: Carnivorous, Has been known to attack and consume other Kaijus for there radiation rich flesh.
Habits: Appears to be semi-aquatic, will swim hundreds of miles to patrol territory. Very aggressive and territorial and will attack Kaijus bigger and stronger than itself.

Named Gorjira (or Godzilla), this Titan has an ancient history that goes far back into the primordial world. It seems Godzilla is a highly specialized Theropod dinosaur, adapted for battling with other giant organisms. Godzilla's appearence shows off many of his unique adaptations. His massive tail can be used for swiping enemies off there feet and his large teeth and powerful jaws can deliver tones of pressure. Some witnesses have claimed the monster "spews blue fire" out of it mouth, destroying anything in it's path. However these claims have not yet been verified.
Godzilla is one of Monarchs most studied Kaijus, for that he has been known to single handly defeat foes as large and powerful as him. He certainly is a forced to be reckoned with for that he himself can be seen as a ancient God of Destruction.
