This is a great photo! I like the idea of shells lying in a line and getting smaller and smaller!

Small land-art...Cute. But the out of focus part doesnt serve it. It should be sharp, or use a shallow dof to emphazise one the shells but not this half-blurr.

Thanks. I know. I wish I could have gotten a sharper image. I'm not sure how to fix what you're suggesting, but thanks for the advice.

Since it is a static subject, close the diaph to gain dof, and since it will increase the duration of the shot, stay still using a tripod or more likely, around the earth, a rice or bean bag and remote release or use the timer if you dont have a remote release.
