Saw these men near the marathon in Barcelona. They were walking on the pavement the other way to where the racers were going. I have no idea as to whether they were associated with the marathon or if they just happened to be walking around, flagging down foreigners. Either way they were some colourful guys.And apologies for that horrible 'flagging' pun
