I have finally made a Protogen OCI've been wanting to make one of these babs for a while but never got around to it
So
Meet Stellarus~ (aka S-13)
Stellarus is a more friendly name, while S-13 is more for professional moments
Idea for "Randomly makes Windows XP startup noise" was given to me by my lovely husband Intuneric-si-Sangele
They have no base gender, they are genderless and have a pretty neutral standing on gender, personality-wise
They can be given any lower parts
