Beta test for an idea i had for a poster. A saloon girl, a cabaret dancer, and a guitar playing farmhand managed to get an evil one eyed cowboy put in the ground. And then he comes back for revenge. Or something. Really just wanted to do something Western flavored.
I screwed up while inking the black and covered up where i was planning to put the background cowboy corpse's body, and it kind of fell apart from there. I like to call this a Beta because it serves as a test run for me to find all the flaws, and when i redo it, make all new mistakes....er, progress.
Copics and Watercolor and lots of black Sharpie (and inkwash for the smoke).
Flaws: The faces dont show detail right (i think i need to work a bit larger for the Copics i have), i f'd up and inked over the zombie body, and the inkwash for the gunsmoke is so dark, it doesnt flow.
I really like how the revolver turned out though. And the zombie's good eye.
