I like black and white stripes. ^-^Oh, and I've loved the idea of using a scarf like a second pair of arms ever since I saw a clip from the game "Hippa Linda" on X-Play.
On top of that, I have a scarf just like the one in the pic (well, besides the fact that it can't move on its own. TT-TT )

um.. basically "to vectorize" something meaning to re-draw the picture in a special technique, that allows this art later to be re-scaled to insanely big resolutions. also vector gives a very high quality and extremely clear colors. it`s like having an original like this (second panel) [link] and turning it into something like this [link]
