Tied with Jennifer as the first character produced among all of the OCs I'm drafting. though this gentlemen is a little less fortunate since he doesn't have a concrete name yet. (Some pun based on his concept of course). OCC2 is rolling with the idea of balance and levelheadedness, at least he would like to think that of himself. Fresh out of training and straight into the line of duty would render anyone a little shaky right? Across the 5 designs online as of now, his design has changed the most between his original sketchbook rough. The weapon he's wielding should bare resemblance to a very useful carpentry tool!
