I'm glad you liked it! Katie said you'd never had it before, so that's what I decided to make for Easter dessert, so I could send you some back to try. Of course I probably put on ten pounds, cuz I had about 4 or 5 pieces between then & now. Guess it's time to hit the ol' Nordic Track. Can you do me a favor and haul Katie's butt over to the exercise room? She feels intimidated by all the plastics over there, but she needs to get movin'. Any encouragement would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks!
