SEASON 9 FINALE THEORY
Lyra, wanting to find a way to defeat Sombra, tries to transform herself into a human. By an accident she turns everypony into half-human creatures.
Rainbow Dash defeats Lyra, puts her into Tartarus and understands the true meaning of loyalty to other ponies. She turns into an alicorn and saves the day.
