Hideyo Technologies manufactured the Half Assisted Magnetic Rail (HAMR) Blaster in the spring of 2108. This weapon uses what appears to be a regular ballistic cartridge but is only filled with enough electrically stimulated propellant to enter the projectile into the duel magnetic rail system. The resulting muzzle velocity of this blaster is comparable with standard ballistic weapons but its velocity can be tuned to fit the situation such as decreasing power to allow for subsonic projectiles through a suppressor. There is a variety of ammunition that can be used but Tungsten core hollow points are the most popular on the market.Hey guys! First off I am sorry about the quality of this piece compared to my past projects. This one was increasingly difficult to produce because I had no reference to work with really and creating a sense ofย functionality was incredibly difficult. I even ran it through several rough 3D attempts before I settled on how I wanted the barrel, cylinder lever, and rail/battery attachment placement.
I really do hope you guys enjoy this rough as I move into Fusion 360 to start some real progress!
