Description
This rifle is design to fire kinetic rounds with a super-charged plasma core known as star-lite rounds using a railgun type system. An medium sized Lithium-Ion pack is attached to the stock for the rifles power source while the magazine loads the star-lite rounds into the chamber much like a traditional firearm. For sustained usage a special battery can be used that directly hooks into a portable super capacitor that will take energy from nearby buildings to be used to fire the weapon. Neo-Tokyo SWAT snipers prefer this rifle for sustained standoffs, its greater accuracy, and faster projectile flight to make use of greater opportunities to end a standoff without collateral damage.The star-lite rounds look like this--->www.artstation.com/artwork/lyK…

Yeah, I've always loved the M-14 and I wanted to repurpose it because of the time period it is in some people have the new manufactured guns and others have to go to the black market or re-sellers for the cheaper weapons that can still do the job.

It really felt like it was the US's attempt to keep their next service weapon very cheap and very familiar. When the EBR kits started coming out it started to feel little bit more its age.

Sort of a tactical flintlock.
Just like a railed AKM with a futuristic scope, smart ammo and underbarrel LIPC/electro-laser module - but with a wooden buttstock and furniture.

Like a real one? I would say good luck getting the number of capacitors you would need to fit in there for enough joules to send down range a projectile but for cosplay I'd love to see what you come up with.

To many's surprise I never used the m-14 in BF3 and never played BF4. However, in BF3 I used the 870MCS and with that alone got over 200 services stars haha.

Thank you! I've really been into railgun weaponry and have been wanting to have something fire my concept ammunition and so why not have a concept gun fire concept ammo!
