Here is the first drawing of the 100 Prompts Iyl and I are doing. The prompt was "Introduction" and the first image that popped into my mind was a girl who had comitted suicide via drugs, bent over (dead) and sprouting from her hair was this beautiful spirit/angel ascending to heaven-- being Introduced to her new "life" in the beyond. Then I decided to do the giant hand-O'-God thing, like, shes meeting some god-like being. So, I drew thew drawing, knowing all well my scanner was broken.

So... I got out my old tablet, hooked it up, and voila... I tracked the angel-lady, and got the new idea, which was basically the old picture, minus the dead girl and minus the drugs... Now it's just her spirit, ascending via the hand-o'-god, bleeding where she has injurred herself. Her face somehow went from happy to painful, so maybe she doesn't WANT to go to heaven? Haha, I'm not sure.

So, in one cheesy interpretation, she's being introduced to heaven by shaking hands with the almighty, heh. Well, that's the basic idea... Introduction to the afterlife, that is... if the afterlife is the Christian view of Heaven! Anyway, cheesy, but thus concludes item #! Now, for Iyl to submit #2!

Oh yeah, I originally wanted to call this "Ascension, Even Though..." something like that. Heh. And I slapped a Mature on it since theres, you know, blood and having but herself... might scare some little kids who shouldn't be on here anyway.
