NO. NO YOU CANNOT. Go download the parts from Chernobyl and convert them yourself if you wanna use them for another model. I didn't make these to be part stripped.

"How do I open this in X program?"

I literally only have MMD and Metasequoia. I have NO IDEA how to help you, please look this up somewhere else. In my opinion the boxes you guys keep seeing are probably the bones. I left the bones in there in case it would keep the rigging. Otherwise, I'VE GOT NO CLUE. I can't help you, sorry.

"What Armor are they wearing?"

Halo 4; The Reds and Blues are wearing Mark VI boots, Mark VI arms, Stalker chest, and the Mark VI helmet.
Caboose wears the Mark V helmet.
Lopez wears Defender boots and Defender arms.
Carolina wears Mark V boots, Mark VI forearms, Deadeye shoulders, and the Recon helmet.
