The technique is spot-on, overall beautifully done.
The concept is awesome, the transition from two different 'verses flawless and easily believable. The colors are vibrant, but not overwhelmingly so, and really "capture" the character and all his essence.
One of the most interesting points is his scarf, which keeps with the "Tron" theme in it being pixelated, which is again, fitting for the concept. Now that's I've seen this, I would very much like for the show's creators to incorporate this into the cannon storyline. Randy looks simply amazing, and while keeping in his original style, the incorporation of the "Tron" style doesn't seem strange or forced at all.
In a word...epic.

because people in tron are pale unless they have naturally dark skin, even then it's not as colorful. They're in a computer, there's no sunlight.Β
