A male lion rests by a wall where several djembe djun drums. The lion bears his teeth in a snarl and gives you a menacing look.
Recently while traveling, I visited a kid's museum with my children. One of the rooms in the museum was dedicated to tribal drums. I liked the way they looked and wanted to see if I could create an artwork featuring such instruments. The image with them alone was pretty good (You can see it here: daniel-eskridge.pixels.com/fea… ) but I really wanted to spice things up a bit. So tried adding a variety of different animals. I decided that I like the lion the best.
