DRN-006: Bomb Man"It's like they always say in the movies, blue brat. You bomb… and I'm a hit!"
Biography
Bomb Man is one of six robots designed by robotics expert Dr. Thomas Light. His primary objective was overseeing demolition in various projects. His main weapon, the Hyper Bomb can blast away any debris that comes into contact. It can also be used to clear land for construction. Bomb Man is a reckless bot especially when he handles explosives though it's mostly due to his immature attitude. Despite that, he's very skilled with how he handles them going as far as kicking them like a soccer ball. This kind of skill can make him very dangerous. After Wily reprogrammed him, he became a robot that wants to bring destruction throughout the world. If the Blue Bomber is to stand a chance against an explosives expert like him, he'll have to find a way to dodge Bomb Man's arsenal and take him down.
Main Attack: Hyper Bomb
The Hyper Bomb is Bomb Man's primary attack. He takes one of his many bombs and lobs it at his enemies. It is a timed explosive for when it detonates, it lets off a big explosion that damages or destroys anything within the blast radius. Due to Bomb Man's experience with this weapon, he can throw his bombs over great distances.
Secondary Attack: Bomb Kick
Bomb Kick is an attack that Bomb Man can use to attack opponents from a distance. He takes one of his bombs and then kicks it fiercely like a soccer ball. The kick increases the bomb's velocity and speed creating rapid explosions. Bomb Man uses this attack to launch up to three bombs at a time. By doing this, he can be able to cause destruction on a wider scale. However, the only fault is that it takes time for him to gather a bomb and use it on his enemies.
Additional Attack: Beetle Gun
Beetle Gun lets him turn one his arms into a miniature machine gun. It's a short-range weapon that only affects a few meters. The attack can be used to blast away debris that are difficult to clear. Dr. Light knew that bombs alone wouldn't be able to blast away certain debris. So he installed a miniature machine gun in one of Bomb Man's arms that can get the job done. The only problem is that Bomb Man doesn't have a clue that he has this kind of weapon.
Ultimate Attack: Big Bang Blast
When Dr. Wily reprogrammed Dr. Light's Robot Masters, he installed each of them with an experimental device known as the O.I.S. The O.I.S. or Overdrive Invoke System allows a robot to tap into its dormant power and use abilities that would normally deem impossible to wield. Bomb Man's ultimate attack is the Big Bang Blast. Once the O.I.S. is activated, he gathers a huge bomb that carries explosive power up to ten times normal. He can either throw it at his enemies or use a Bomb Kick to send it forward at a high speed. The force behind the Big Bang Blast is so destructive that it is similar to that of a nuclear bomb. Because of the attack's destructive power, Bomb Man can only use this attack with care, as the O.I.S has a nasty side effect by wiping a robot of it's energy after a while.

Wouch. What awesome profile on Bomb Man.
Technically, i prefer him and the other Light robot masters as good guys rather than bad guys.

Yeah. They become good guys in the last chapter... for now.

Well, okay.
Although in my series, if the Light robot masters were to show up, they'd show up as good guys (including Oil Man and Time Man; i'm a bit of a sucker for those two).

Yeah, I know. OilMan and TimeMan will appear in Arc II but they'll prove to be a big challenge for Mega Man.
TimeMan will have personality similar to his Powered Up self and N. Tropy from the Crash Bandicoot series.
OilMan will just have his Powered Up personality though I feel I want to add a bit of Hakan from Super Street Fighter IV to mix it up.

True enough.
Maybe i should do an episode of The DX Divas Show in which all eight robot master shows up, backing the divas up, although i'll have to think of a scenario of my own for that.

But that'll be for way later. Maybe in season two, if possible for me.

Yeah and Arc III is when Mega Man 2 begins... and yes, there'll be a chapter with a sing along to Okkusenman.

Yep. Though I also have the Robot Masters seem to have strange quirks... I blame Hyadain's videos like the Flashman and Crashman ones.

Well they seem obsessed with Mega Man... in a very strange way. The only ones that don't are BubbleMan, HeatMan and WoodMan.

Oh that.
Well, they're only for entertainment purposes and not canon (though you pretty much knew all of that already).

Yeah, but they'll prove to be dangerous in battle especially since Wily will be putting each of them a stable version of the Overdrive Invoke System or O.I.S for short.

It's from the ZX series but I implemented it here as a device that can unleash a robot's dormant power and unleash it. In other words, it basically gives the Robot Masters their ultimate attacks. Here are some examples.
Cut Man = Cutter Catastrophe
Elec Man = Lightning Surge
Ice Man = Polar Blast
Fire Man = Flaming Dragon
Bomb Man = Big Bang Blast
Guts Man = Guts Tsunami
Time Man = Chrono Break
Oil Man = Slick Splash
