This is a shot from out in my front yard with our brand new digital camera!! :-DThis thing takes awesome pictures compared to the old one.
Anyways, this is the first in the Fall 2004 Series - Enjoy!

It's a very busy shot which could be a little distracting as a wallpaper, but nothing major it could work, depends on your eyesight I suppose.
I like the way the branch bends and frames the leaf, drawing the eye around the outside ede of the frame into the centre where the leaf rests.
A pity it is brown, as it merges a little with the surroundings, it maybe worth altering the colour of it in photoshop or similar, maybe a nice autumn gold?
The blue sky shining through is quite beautiful and has a cold feel to it, appropriate at this time of year.
