It looks so amazing, yet so daunting. The amount of detail is wonderful.. Imagine trying to build something like that.

Thanks, much appreciated. Interestingly, I was told that at one point it was actually used for storage - which seems awfully wasteful.

It's a very nice building. Kudos to the architect whoever designed it. I quite like the crosses and the variety of colours involved. Nicely taken photograph still, I will say, the looking-up view gives the impression that the church is superior to the people. Good work!

beautiful shot! i just whish those power lines weren't there (i know you can't do anything about them though) the blue sky provides a nice contrast to the red-brown church

Yeah, I hate the power lines too. I didn't even see them until I uploaded the picture to my computer and looked at it on my monitor, and I even tried editing them out, but it was next to impossible, with all the different colors and textures. Thanks for the compliment though, much appreciated.
