Thanks! Actually I havnt done that much to the photo.. I have worked a bit with brightnes/contrast and also with curves in Photoshop.
I have checked out your gallery.. I realy like Electric rain "Feel da rain".

Well the main image was made in gimp whit fire plugin and some twists in there, then added the glow in photoshop fading the gaussian blur in some layers and adding some layers effects like linear dodge if I remember rite
