Description
I am synesthetic nightmaresto your anesthetic dreams
my apologetic fist in your mouth
muffles your pathetic screams.
There's a gap on my wall, empty space.
You glance back at it every so often, as if it makes you uncomfortable. You itch to make it yours.
You want everything to be yours. Don't ask me what I'm saving it for; you won't like my answer. I will tear your cellophane heart out pin it to the plaster; where's your smile now?
How are you today, sir?
Would you care for some cancer?
When will you stop asking me for answers I cannot provide? You smile is emptier than a winter morning, thin ice beneath my toes is waiting for the words
I
don't
know. "Goodbye."
What is left for us but crusty tubes of paint and long forgotten memories? This is symbiosis in acrylic.
I always stated pastels as my preference-- but when have you ever given a flying fuck what I want?
