"No one has ever resisted the Hypno-Tron" The Therapist said unconvincingly.

"Well, she better not be the first. They told me you knew what you were doing!" Spellslinger growled as she gestured at the broken devices on the floor.

"That was my favourite Hypno-Wheel." The Therpaist sighed. "Well, maybe if you had done more than made noises like a strangled frog..." The Therapist sniped back.

"Those were Enochian calls. If she..." Spellslinger pointed at En-Trance as the heroine sat in the Hypno-Tron, humming around her ball gag" ...Were Alchemica, we would have needed mops to clean up. There is something wrong with that woman. What was that?!? " Spellslinger started at the sudden loud pop as the clamps which were meant to be reducing the Shadow Siren's resistance to the Hypno-Tron gave up the ghost and exploded. A sudden clunking came from the Hypno-tron. Smoke began to trial up from the machine. The Therapist winced as sparks joined the smoke.

"Did she break it?" How is that even possible? " Spellslinger wailed.

"I don't know. What do we do now, got anything left?"

"I guess we let her go." Spellslinger sighed.

"What? Okay look, the machines might not work, but there is no way she is escaping!" The Therapist glared at En-Trance who was now bobbing her head side to side in time with whatever song she was humming.

"I might be new around here, but don't they always escape?" Spellslinger asked. "One minute they are helpless in some fiendish device, the next they are back in costume and on the streets like nothing ever happened?"

"Well, that has been known to happen" The Therapist admitted reluctantly.

"Uh huh, and since we can't wipe her mind, she will remember everything we did and tried to do right?"

"I...guess...yeah." The Therapist nodded slowly.

"And she has a lot of friends. I know Alchemica doesn't like me for sure. Do you really want them all looking for her and us?" Spellslinger asked.

"You have a point...why don't you go get the car ready?" The Therapist suggested as she stepped closer to En-Trance.

"So...Trance...listen. Your therapy is complete. I think you have done wonderfully. How do you feel?" The Therapist asked in a friendly voice as she deactivated the damaged Hypno-Tron and set a time release on En-Trance restraints.

"Mmghg...I hnnna hhhillll uuuu!!!" En-Trance snarled, jerking forward toward the Therapist's voice as far as her restraints allowed.

"Still some anger issues, that's okay, totally understandable. I will leave my card, get back to me if you want to explore those okay?"

"Ghhnnn!!! Hnnnn!!!!" En-Trance growled, struggling to reach her captor.

"Okay, well that concludes our session. Bye!" The Therapist said then turned and walked swiftly, not running, no not at all, walked swiftly to the exit and joined Spellslinger in the car.

"How long until she is free?" Spellslinger asked.

"Half an hour, is that enough?" The Therapist replied.

"Long enough to reach the airport!" Spellslinger replied as she put her foot down hard on the gas and took off...

( The Therapist and Spellslinger scientifically prove that En-Trance really IS immune to all outside influences. Wasn't that nice of them? )
