I feel exposed.
My eyes dart from one far off point in the darkness to another.
Fleeting thoughts enter my mind, then are gone before I can understand them.
I can’t control my it. My mind has a will of its own.
Fear takes over my body.
It wants my soul, too.
I can’t hold on much longer.
I give in.
