i love my kittyok then... i'll just point this out. her eyes are supposed to be different sizes.
Also, this is the first drawing i've ever done in pen and ink. That's REAL pen and ink, not that micron crap. So of course the skirt is a little strange. Plus, we all have to start somewhere. This happens to be where i started.

it looks imperfect, but i think it's part of it's charm.
ant this drawing is very charming ! i love those details, the different gloves, the crazy eyes, the boots, the falling letters forming the name, the huge smile and the little wings !

i think you did better on some parts then others, like the wings look good, the shading, the boots look good, but then u got like the hair which is totally messed up looking, at the top it looks a bit 3-d ish, which the rest of the head/top of character doesnt. one eye is bigger then the other, and the skirt thing he/she is wearing, is just rediculous. well ...sorry, but i had to point out those things.
