Description Hey guys, this is an OC of mine (Yu-Gi-Oh). She's an orphan, and due to her strange red right eye she has been treated like a freak. Everyone either avoided her at all costs or they bullied her. Despite everything, she has hopes of trying to make friends and hoping for a family that will love her. She's really smart, but doesn't show it. She doesn't speak unless it's absolutely necessary. She's also very observant and has a keen ability to read people. She has so much love to give.

I actually dreamt of her before I thought about making another child OC.

The dream consisted of a class that Seto Kaiba and Joey Wheeler/Katsuya Jounouchi, Tristan Taylor/Honda and Duke Devlin/Ootogi, Yami (separate body) and Yugi Mutou, Bakura (separate body) and Ryou, and other pairs to be parents over the course of an entire year. The class was trying to teach teenagers about responsibility in raising children. The children were ages 6-10 years old and were randomly selected by the orphanage. Little Michiko here got picked as one of the lucky ones. Who gets to be the "father" and who gets to be the "mother" were determined by a test and the pairing was determined by comparing the "father's" and the "mother's" and who would be more compatible with the other. The class was paired off with 15 different sets of "parents" each with their own determined number. The numbers 1-15 were placed in a hat, and the children pulled a number from said hat and which ever number they pulled they would go to their destined "parents". Michiko got to be the child of Seto Kaiba and Joey Wheeler/Katsuya Jounouchi.

And thus Michiko was BORN! By the way, the picture represents her before and after effects from being in the orphanage (right) and living with her "parents" (left). ALSO!!!! I made the picture with a base and I have NO idea who it is...(bad Devi-no-e, bad)   . But I give FULL credit to said artist who made the base. So, if you guys can help me find who it is so I can give REAL credit here that would be awesome!

Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy her! Please comment I love comments!

She also came up in another dream I had.

Jono was married to Priest Seth, they were going to have their first child. But then something horrible happens and it end up Jono giving her life to save her husband. The gods had been both outraged and also sorrowful about Jono's death, it not only took Jono away but also her unborn child's life. Punishment was in order, it was both selfish and selfless of what Jono had done, her soul was cast into the darkest place in the earth and bound by chains forever lost in her memories as she "slept". But because she hadn't wanted to kill her unborn child and wanted to protect her husband from harm they gave a way for her to leave her imprisonment. Her reincarnation and Seth's reincarnation must agree to a ceremony of souls to create a new child to be born to live the life that was originally supposed to have been granted. Taking a piece of a soul from each reincarnation, to then combine to form a unique soul and placed in future life Jono's belly. Said reincarnation can choose when to have said child, be it 1 year or the next 30 years. The time of birth is not important. All that matters was the child being born. After that is complete, Jono's soul shall reunite with her husband again.

TADA!! Isn't that awesome? I think it's super!

I'm thinking about writing it but I need to finish the other story I'm working. I'd feel bad if I didn't at least get close to finishing the other before starting a completely new one.

yeah, good point, I do that a lot, and they all end up un-finished.

And I don't want to disappoint the fans I have! There might not be a bunch of them but they give me reviews and everytime I see one I get really happy and they could also recommend my story to others.

Yeah, that's understandable.  I have some stories, and some art, but my stories are unfinished so I don't put them up anywhere, and I don't have a scanner, so all my art just stays in my sketchbook.  But it's awesome to know that other's like one's work!

Devi-no-e In reply to TruliNurdi [2014-08-21 06:15:35 +0000 UTC]

I had a scanner but I could NEVER figure out how to use it and I FINALLY got it! I couldn't just scan my art work and then download it to my computer. The scanner doesn't have memory. SO, I had to use a SD card. I felt like a total idiot when I figured it out...

I had a printer/scanner that was supposed to connect to the computer via the internet, and it never would connect.  I would love to be able to scan my pictures to the computer, but no luck for me...

I hope so too, I love to draw, and I can't improve if I don't get any feed back, because family is no help.

Try holding your pictures upside down. That usually works. You can see from a different POV, which will help you improve yourself by seeing certain little errors and fixing them. "An error is not a mistake until you refuse to correct it." by someone. I honestly don't know who said that but it was a quote in my mythology class.

TruliNurdi In reply to Devi-no-e [2014-08-26 19:54:31 +0000 UTC]

I one time had to draw an entire picture upside-down, it turned out horribly.  But it also was an ugly picture of an old man, so it could only look so good, but it was all out of proportions, and weird looking.  And that is an awesome saying.  I wish I had a mythology class.

I could honestly teach it to you. I remember everything from that class.  I loved it.

TruliNurdi In reply to Devi-no-e [2014-08-28 03:06:15 +0000 UTC]

I would love it too, but I have a hard time learning things online.  I'm more of a hands-on learner, close and personal.  I'm hoping they'll get a mythology class in the college I'm attending right now, but they are relatively new in our area, so I really doubt it will happen.

Devi-no-e In reply to TruliNurdi [2014-09-03 21:12:47 +0000 UTC]

There's nothing really "hands-on" when it comes to learning about mythology. You mostly just read about mythology. Like reading about greek, roman, and norse gods and comparing them. Learning their stories of how they came to be.

TruliNurdi In reply to Devi-no-e [2014-09-03 23:18:57 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, but there is something about holding a book in my hand and hearing someone talk to me that helps me learn.

Devi-no-e In reply to TruliNurdi [2014-09-04 00:45:31 +0000 UTC]

So you are also an auditory learner? I'm a visual, auditory, kinesthetic (hands-on) learner. It's very easy for me to grasp new things, which is why I can do so well in school, most teachers use visual-auditory learning styles with kinesthetic twists.

I'm all three, but if someone tried to put all three on a computer, I would not understand it at all.  Is that weird?

Devi-no-e In reply to TruliNurdi [2014-09-06 16:05:00 +0000 UTC]

Well the only way for that to happen is if you video-chat with someone and they could send you pictures, while you hold the supplies and do as they say.

TruliNurdi In reply to Devi-no-e [2014-09-07 01:41:56 +0000 UTC]

well yeah, that would be optional, but I don't know how well it would work for me.  I'm so weird/difficult.

Devi-no-e In reply to TruliNurdi [2014-09-09 21:36:24 +0000 UTC]

First of all, it's perfectly ok for someone to be out the ordinary (weird, strange, different). I'm unusual to say the least. Secondly, you just have to find someone who is patient. (I am but that's because I have 4 younger siblings and a very stressful work life, so I have to have patience to not blow up on everyone/everything that's thrown my way.)

TruliNurdi In reply to Devi-no-e [2014-09-10 03:50:46 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, I would have patience, I had a tone of it, then my best friend moved into my house, and a year and 2 months later, I'm ready to strangle her every time I hear something negative come out of her mouth.

I don't feel the need to spread secrets no matter how mad or upset that person makes me. That, to me, is taking your anger out a little too far. The REASON a person tells you a secret is for you to keep it to YOURSELF, and NOT spread it around in public. Be it an embarrassing, sad, depressed, love, and/or strange secret, that's what it is, a secret.

Devi-no-e In reply to TruliNurdi [2014-09-22 19:05:25 +0000 UTC]

The world would be a better place if everyone followed the 'GOLDEN RULE': Treat others how you want to be treated. Why should you CARE whether or not someone is gay, bisexual, or, hell, even asexual? Why does it matter if a person is big, small, girl, boy, has blonde, black, brown, red, all colors of the rainbow hair, green, hazel, brown, blue, blue-green, grey, black eyes, wears glasses, has freckles or pimples, braces or crooked/straight teeth, young, old, has white, black, mocha, yellow, light brown skin? EVERYONE is unique no MATTER what they look like (unless their have an identical twin, but even then they are unique in themselves because they have they're own kind of personality)

Exactly, and one thing that really bugs me is when Americans are rascist.  It's like, DUDE our ancestors are from every corner of the world, you probably have blood from the same race that you insulting.  Almost no one is from only one decent.  It's nearly impossible.  It's just like their insulting themselves as well.

Oh yeah, I know that, I've met a black-ish kid who had 2 white parents, granted I didn't like him cause when he was a sophmore he would smoke cigaretts on the bus ride to and from school, and he did drugs with some of the other local boys.

I never liked going to the principal's office, even if I wasn't in trouble (I've only ever been in the office for an absence or leave that was marked as "no parent/guardian permission". Of those times, ALL of them my mother either signed me out or called in the school saying I would be absent. I got so irritated by the fourth time, I even called my mom right in front of the vice-principal in charge of discipline and handed him my phone to talk to her.)

Lol, I wouldn't be mad if my principle did that, but he didn't know me personally because I have only been in the office once or twice, and never for trouble.  But he did joke around with me the once day I was late, mostly because of my last name being the same as a presidents.

You see I have this deep-seeded hatred for the nicknames: dear, baby, honey, or babe. I don't even really understand it myself, but I just can't stand being called those nicknames.

TruliNurdi In reply to Devi-no-e [2014-10-10 00:27:12 +0000 UTC]

I hate common nicknames, like those, but I am ok with certain nicknames, like shortening of the name, mostly cause I don't personally care for my name.

I have a few nicknames, DD (double D, like from Ed, Edd, and Eddy, except it was because my first and last name starts with a D.), Devi (hence my username, everyone tried to spell it with an E, so I was like, "Devi with no e" and then it transformed into Devi-no-e... lol) no-e (My advisory teacher in eighth grade thought it was funny with the whole Devi-no-e, so he and few others called me no-e.), Dev-Dev (only my friend Paige calls me that, and in return I'm the only one who calls her Paigey.), and Deh (family calls me that, and mostly little kids who can't say my name because of the "v".)

Wow, that last one makes me think of my cousins, who called my mom Aunt Rie, because they couldn't say Marie, and it just stuck.  Most everyone calls me Jen or Jenny (pronunciation wise) cause there isn't many other variations of my name that sound good.
