When the citizens of Ponyville awoke that cold winter morning, they never could've guessed what awaited them that day!... As the first few residents left their homes to go about their daily routine, they found that it was darker than usual... At first, thinking of it as nothing, they ignored, but upon simply looking upwards, they found that the sun was indeed up and shining... The town was dark, because a huge, colossal shadow was being cast over it!
