War ragesAs I turn the pages
More and more
My eyes grow sore
As I sit up on my chair
I see in the news, children crying
It just isn't fair!!!
How come adults are lying!!!
Families are dead
And all I can do is think about it
while lying on my bed
And then I sit...
My head is so confused
While everyone else seems so amused
And here I am thinking how come they haven't ceased
Are they not yet pleased?
I hear more news about more deaths
From the time I fall asleep
To the time the sun sets
And I continue to weep
War rages here and there
Hatred and grief are everywhere
There is killing going on
While families sit still and mourn
Maybe peace is not what they are fighting for
They say a soldier fights because he has someone to protect
Is that truly their main core?
With these thoughts, do they ever regret?

War rages because Shinigami is back
He will take their lives
He will follow their track
While he laughs at the mourning of the children and wives
