Advanced critique.
i believe the photograph is good, and well exposed. But, I believe the time you took the photograph needs to be changed. Because of how late it is, the light in the photograph leaves too much black. If you took the photograph say, an hour or 30 min after sunset, when there is still color in the sky and ambient light in the air and you'd have a photograph with more detail throughout. (and a gradient in the sky, and in the water)

TriPod - is a device on which you put your cam to prevent shake, especially when doing exposures longer than 1/30s
