Hey!
I actually find those corset piercings pretty hot, so don't take this the wrong way, but what are your long term plans for this?
Like, it seems like you really have to mess with it sparingly, because you don't want to actually stretch our your skin at all, particularly if you were going to have it for a long time?

Corset piercings are actually considered "play piercings" because they will migrate out if left in too long. It's pierced, but it's not deep and just like some people have problems with belly button rings, over time they migrate out. The only way to have one long term is deep dermal piercing. I kept mine in for a few weeks... had it done for a fetish party. It is hard being single to fool with it (tied up is more comfortable, you can drive and sit back more comfortably... but can't shower with it tied up)... but I do plan on getting it done again within the next few months.
