Byakuya is probably one of my favorite characters in BLEACH. I really dig the use of Byakuya's colors here, especially the pinks. Pink enough to be Byakuya but not pink enough to make him look feminine or some such. His face might be a bit too wide though, but that's probably part of your style so I can't hold it at fault.
