He possesses many abilities, though his most infamous capability is something only known as the "Square Surge." Any unfortunate fish, lobster, crab, squirrel, crab, or any other creature which comes across Spingebill should expect to be stretched, morphed, and enslaved by him and his godlike capabilities. One fish in particular, the Tattletale Strangler, seems to be resisting the sponge's powers, even standing up against him.
