Tips for downloading and use.
Right click and save onto desktop, not a Word document, as this will change the file type and make it impossible to upload as a lit tag.

If you want to use it...right click and save it somewhere...your desktop may be a good place and where you add an avatar, there is a section just below the avatar section to upload the tag...don't forget to scroll to the bottom of the page and press ok when you have uploaded the file...if you have any trouble come back and I will help some more...

well it is invisible when i try to upload it..

Did you say "reset your tag" or "Change Author Tag" ....and did you press ok right down the bottom of the page after you uploaded it?
I just saved it to my desktop saying "change Author Tag"and it loaded into my lit tag section with no problem, it is working ok for me.
Try again and if still no luck...get back to me...we will sort it together!

i clicked change....mhm i pressed okay..but the size didn't match up...
True i need an avatar...but i dunno how to find one on here without causing my poor mind too much stress XD

Are you adding it to the avatar bit and not the lit tag bit....it fits ok I have tested it...
Maybe try uploading an avatar first...choose any avatar just as a test...you can choose your permanent one later...get the avi up and running and the lit tag may work better if you have an avi...
...see how that goes...if that doesn't work we will keep trying!

The technical stuff can be really hard to understand when you first arrive, so be patient with yourself.

You may be saving the lit tag as a jpeg somehow..this is why it won't load...! Closer to an answer I think!
