I wanted to paint a Riddler who looks like he's been on the run. He's spent his life hiding from cops and getting punched in the face by Batman, so I would think he'd not be too pretty after a few years. I liked what Arkham Asylum did to make the characters a bit more rough around the edges.All done in Photoshop.
