Still don't know if, it is a good Idea to set the Counter placer and Searcher on the same card but well.I don' own the Artwork
Effect:
Once per turn during either Players Standy Phase; Place 1 "Gaia Counter" On each Monster currently on the field.
Once per turn you can add 1 "Gaia" Monster from your Deck to your Hand or Special Summon 1 "Gaia" Monster from the Graveyard to your side of the field , with its effect negated.
(Non "Gaia" Monster with a "Gaia Counter" Become Level 1)
