Really nice effect. You picked a good location with the bright light in the centre. I reckon if you got the chance to try this experiment again and use the same exposure settings but try putting the camera on a tripod or sitting it on something solid. This should mean that all the background will be in sharp focus but the biker will still be beautifully blurred. I think that would look really great
