So this was my Matthew Williams cosplay on Saturday of Tsukino Con.Besides having to wear shorts that I literally dried on the drive to con THAT MORNING via car air conditioning, I was pretty comfortably warm <3 That car ride was on crack XDD
If you saw me running threw con on Saturday morning, waving a pair of khaki shorts screaming "NAMI!NAMI!NAMI!NAMI!" it was a sad attempt at a last minute drying off of the waist band of said shorts, and I saw Twin and Nova, so I was rushing to tell Nami they were there. XDD

How did the shorts get wet in the first place? Did you just take them out of the wash machine without putting them in the dryer?
