Very fun image, I love the contrast in colour between her hair and the background and her skin.
Her eyes are very captivating, and a wonderfully deep colour. I think my only problem with this are the shadows, they are a little distracting. I would perhaps like the background to be a little darker too, with maybe a spotlight style lighting on her so it's just like a circle or oval in the newsprint.

Thank you very much for the critique, I truly appreciate it. I actually made a second version considering your comments about the backgroud being too light and I also minimised the shadows. Looks better than this version so thanks!
