Project:15 found whilst exploring newly discovered area's of Space Colony: ARK, though Shadow was the Perfected Project he was not the only one in play, Gerald had several Projects i.e. Shallow whom was a twin Project of Shadow without the help of the Black Arms, Project: Alice who was a Mobian Vessel for Maria's Soul, along with the Artificial Chaos's, Biolizard, A.I. Shadows & Robots & Weapons for G.U.N. as well as unknown Projects yet to be discovered. Project:15 was created by infusing 15% power of each of the Chaos emeralds into a Mobian vessel her powers can rival if not surpass that of shadow however her energy is spent quicker than Shadows & is the reason the Inhibitor Rings were created, (future me's concept is that she eventually the creator of the Sol Dimension: her vessel displacing & her energy condencing into the Sol Emeralds & Ancestor to Silver the Hedgehog)

Can't decide if this is her final outfit or if she should have more of a scace outfit
