No that wouldn't work. As with the description it lost it's ability to fly in ancient Carios, resulting in kinetic powers that it had attained through the pharaohs in order to protect them in their slumber.

but then why is it so.. Swole? It looks like it could lift a truck, and fly at the same time.
If you're designing a psychic type pokemon I'd personally focus more on it's mental attributes more than it's physical appearance, yeah it's stick with the extra arms but perhaps change it's color scheme and maybe make it look more reminiscent to a pharaoh or something from Egyptian mythology? I look at this form and I just get a ornery Western dragon vibe. Still looks good just needs some changes to fit it's description in my opinion.

Psychic pokemon can be swole as well, look at Hoopa U and Metagross. So I don't think that physical appearance is necessarily reflective of it's typing. Especially since, Gargoyles (which this form is based on) are represented as bigger and muscular to emphasize protection. In fact, despite their wings, their big body can be too heavy to allow flight. Which is what the design is premised on. And I personally hate adding egyptian themes to all the forms from Carios, anyone can add pharoah bling and call it egyptian lol I thought more of the literature behind the gargoyles that I researched as well as evolutionary biology
