Tiers of employment.
We would like to remind you that you are the employee of our honorable company McMartin Law Firm and Enforcement. (MLE)
It is by the illustrious grace of our congenial CEO Douglas McMartin that we are allowed the opportunity to be employed. In accordance to law here is the list of Employment Tiers and their privileges so that employees can always know their place.
Tier 0: Unemployed. To be unemployed is to be a detriment to society. If you find yourself terminated one has 30 days to seek employment or face arrests and forced labor.
Tier 1: Basic Employment. You are granted the great and privileged opportunity to be a cog in society. Keep in mind that as Tier 1 you are essential to the machine that is your company, and you must follow the appropriate conduct.
.Only speak when spoken to by a higher tier or client. Noncompliance will result in disciplinary action
.Must provide your own commodities such as work computer, uniforms, and living essentials. Remember the company is generously providing you a space to work. Be considerate and provide your own supplies.
.Obey the orders of your piers and clients. Any deviation or perceived deviation will result in disciplinary action.
.Follow dress code. Each company has different requirements and allowances as to what one can wear. A majority of companies, if not all, do not allow the wearing of any clothes other than standard dress shirt, long sleeve, dress coat, buttoned up, and dress slacks to the ankle. No tears or stains. Will result in disciplinary action if otherwise.
Tier 2: Lower management. If the illustrious CEO of your company has blessed you with a promotion, then you are in charge of managing and maintaining direct order among the lower tier employees.
.You are allowed the privilege of minor conversations of personal nature, although disciplinary action may be taken if one exceeds the allowed daily time length of non essential conversation. You can speak freely to equal or lower tiers, but one must follow the lead of higher tiers.
.You are allowed the privilege of extra time off for medical reasons and even an allowance of personal time off. Non-paid.
Tier 3: Higher management. The illustrious CEO of your company has taken notice in your ability to lead and has granted you the responsibilities and privileges of managing and maintaining your department. You have the sole responsibility to maintain the company's profit margin. “Keep the machine running” so to speak.
.No restrictions on conversations with equal or lower tiers.
.Set your own schedule as needed and as long as its accordance with higher tiers and laws.
.A salary. Since you are at a high management position, you may eventually be heading to start your very own company if you work hard enough.
.Most companies allow a minimum to 10 warnings of misconduct per month. So if you make a mistake, it's nothing to worry about.
.Misconduct immunity may include: Wearing clothes not in accordance to dress code, indecent exposure, coitus without proper documentation, inappropriate language, homicide (must provide appropriate reason)
Tier 4: Company Council/Advisory. The glorious CEO has chosen you specifically to advise and praise him (or her in accordance to recent law passed.) Unless otherwise stated by the CEO, you are immune to any misconduct or arrests while you have the honor in being in the presence of an actual CEO.
Tier 5/CEO: You are a company owner. We are grateful to you for allowing us to be employed by you. Your word is law, your income is grand, praise be praise be.
