The white thing in her hand looks like tofu. Somehow, it's really distracting me from having a particularly coherent critique of the picture. I like it, but I'm really captured in the contrast of (what looks like tofu) and little donuts.

Almost all of us women know all about it too..
There are 3 donuts stacked to the right of her..I don't know if they were done purposely or not, but they remind me of a snowman. It's the donut-man.. there to cheer her up.
