I love the composition of this, and the figure himself. Such a great combination of slick black suit, white wings and the cig. Great expression, as well. I like how you're looking up at him, adds a nice, non-offensive "I'm higher/better than you" feel to it. The title really makes this all the more interesting. Nice shot.

Jesus you've got alot of comments. Guess that's what you get when you've posted over 15 thousand comments yourself and have a gallery as good as this! Anyways, this picture stuck out from the rest of your gallery, and i felt the need yet again to give you my 2 cents.
As far as the question posed in your description goes, then i'd have to say he's not a fallen. Way i see it, this picture screams paparazzi to me. It gives me the feeling that the Angel was just taking a breather then *bam* out of the bushes pops the renegade photographer to capture the moment. That's the price you pay for being an agent of god i guess. Reason i get this feeling it seems is from his expression. He looks slightly taken aback, like he's saying "You're taking a picture of me why? I think i'll be leaving now..."
Ok, southpark's big 2 part religious episode is on. This is getting wierder and wierder.
I love his placement in relation to the tree... the lines formed with the bottom-most leaves and his legs & torso make the picture flow really well and takes attention away from the cluttered leafy background. Moo.
The planter thing next to him is priceless. I just know that he's going to put his cigarette out in there! Damn angels, always littering. Hahahahaha!
I'd like to see a version though where the background is a tad darker... as it stands it's about the same shade as the angel, which makes it a little hard to distinguish them... well... from far away... when you're squinting... yep.

An angel with no worries in the world, calm, cool and collected yet keeping a watchfull eye on things around him. Feels like a still capture from a movie, great work .. I keep on expecting it to start panning around him from below to the top, looking over his shoulder and showing what he sees.
