Description
I drew this yesterday after we got home from the
cemetery, i suddenly got the urge to draw Netherlands
coz someone gave me a tulip at the cemetery.

it was weird coz i felt like i was one of the dead, coz someone
offered me flowers and all thats left was for someone to light a
candle for me and pray for my soul. the guys who gave me the tulip said there
was a mistake in the bouquet he ordered and instead of
throwing it away he gave it to me. it was a purple tulip i think it means royalty?

then i remembered Eliana telling me tulips = Netherlands
so i got inspired to draw this, but i didn't get to talk to her about this so
this has little to no conversasion.

oh and i did a little research in his character coz i'm still remembering
the other nation other than the g8. i learned that he has a fetish for
young women and thinks nothing of using shady drugs?

so this is what i came up with. Phili looks very young, not to mention
she's way shorter than him, so he takes interest in her. America passing
by sees Netherlands offering candy to Phili and Phili who has a major
sweet tooth could not resist and accepts it not knowing Netherlands' personality
and/or his name (talk about not taking candies from strangers,
stranger danger anyone? ) panics.
