Fallbacks are useless, they increase your file size, people will just have to use modern browsers, that's all. (That's what I think when developing for CloudDesk and SmartSearch). That's why those two last are only compatible with the 2 latest stable versions of the current browsers (even chrome, since I no longer add the -webkit- prefix for transition and calc() or firefox since I use unprefixed flexbox. I might remove more soon.
