Here's a demo of Ubuntu 13.04, watching a YT video with the video showing in the Unity bar. Takes seconds to set-up, just click 'OK' when it asks if you'd like to install YT and you'll be able to play/pause + skip videos from Unity. Did you spill some troll drool on your keyboard? It looks like your caps lock and punctuation keys are sticking. I think lemon juice might be able to remove troll gunk, or was it sun light... now you've got me thinking.
