Have to admit, in the few hotfoot scenarios I've thought up a dragon has never crossed my mind.
The change in the skin tone of her soles, the few scorch marks, and the smoke trailing off all provide some nice detail. I also enjoyed the line of commentary from the victim you provided.

She's a knight, and actually the dragon is her steed. But a dragon is a tricky creature to live with since they require a magician of some kind to command. And when Sarendra here has employed a mischievous young witch... well, this kinda thing could happen easy enough.

It's a raid instance in World of Warcraft where you fight Deathwing, leader of the black dragon aspect who controls the earth and all that dwells under it. It's a really horrible raid for everyone involved.
