Yeah , I know what you're going to say... But "ridiculous" killers are sort of of rare these days. And I mean by "ridiculous" that despite appearances , he is one extremely dangerous individual. No one knows if they ever met the real Arcade... and he only accepts jobs when the target is interesting enough ... and he never meets them in person UNLESS he wants to toy with them. As for making visually interesting , I drew as I would see him taken at his apex . His wardrobe is based on Floop (from Spy Kids ) but the facial expressions are based on Charles Lee Ray....
