Now to be honest I loved the Flash; the Mark Waid run was Great, the Geoff Johns one was awesome up until Ignition
then Young justice got killed for the fucking Titans (fuck Johns titans) & so I hate Flash Fucking rebirth

-Jay Garrick (cool old guy isn't he?)

-Barry Allen (I like Barry but he's DEAD! he died as a hero, it inspired his nephew to become a better person & when he appeared from time to time ,it was great & touching ( SRSLY for a dead guy he & reverse-flash (eobard) appeared a lot in Waid's run!)Now we have Wally , Jay & Impulse)

-Wally West (this is the Flash I love!a fantastic superhero, he basically grew up from a womanizing punk, to a domesticated family man.

-Impulse ( Bart Is awesome got it! In this canon there's NO KID FUCKING FLASH! ONLY IMPULSE & HE'LL ROCK YOU!)

-Iris West Allen (Barry's wife , & Wally's aunt)

-Linda Park ( how can you not love Linda? the strong-willed wife of Wally & impressive journalist)

-Max Mercury (mentor of Impulse, actually a father for him...)

-Jesse Chambers( speedster businesswoman, pfff, some people are quite lucky...)

-Pied Piper (pretty sweet dude & reformed rogue that is specialised in the art of manipulating sounds)

-Abra Kadabra( serves as an embodiment of Arthur C. Clarke's law that "any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."The mad magician, a calculating Moriarty to Wally's Holmes, possessed that precise combination of qualities that makes for superb supervillainy: dangerous power and sinister intent fueled by a flare for the dramatic, a sick, sadistic, and sometimes downright silly sense of manic playfulness. Definitely in My top 5 Flash villains)

-Captain Boomerang (Digger Harkness) (in suicide squad & JLU cartoon he's quite cool)

- Captain Cold (The Rogues leader became so competent that at no point during the Johns run did Flash actually catch him and put him in prison.There was also a notable sense of decency and honor that came with Cold. He didn’t kill unless it was personal or if he was threatened enough. He rarely tried to actually kill the Flash because he’s smart enough to know how the other superheroes would retaliate. The way he treats the other Flash Rogues (who he considers family) makes him seem like a responsible criminal and not a total monster like most in his position. so top 5 material? you bet Your ass)

-Neron ( one of my all-time favourite demons, the smooth & charming devil that hates Wally with a passion, WHY? read Hell to pay!)

-Heat Wave (ex-rogue & reformed Pyromaniac)

- Mirror Master ( hard to find here , aint he?)

-Top ( megalomaniac spining bastard!)

-Trickster (James Jess is fun! but how can't you be when Mark Hamill voices you? & he tricked the devil before reforming, TWICE ACTUALLY!)

-Trickster II (Axel Walker may be a young juvenile delinquent, but he's an entertaining delinquent, & actually has fun being a rogue!)

- Weather Wizard (killed his brother to get the weather wand, ...)

- Reverse-Flash (has been portrayed very inconsistently over the years -- there were times when he wasn't even primarily a speedster, but used future tech in much the same way as Abra Kadabra. The trait that stayed most consistent over the years was his obsession with replacing Barry Allen, which fits perfectly with his role in "The Return of Barry Allen."let him stay dead!)

-Zoom (Hunter Zolomon is fascinating primarily because of his motivation, and the fact that he really believes he needs to do evil in order to accomplish good, and that he's ultimately helping the Flash by giving him ever-greater obstacles to overcome. in the top 5 Flash villains)

- Gorilla Grodd (Grodd isn't just a smart ape, he's a highly evolved being with incredible psychic abilities. He's very intelligent and has an understanding of technology far advanced than most people in the DCU have access to & is pretty hardcore, making him intense and intimidating when necessary. This is due to two things: 1) his feelings on committing genocide over all humans and 2) his habit of eating humans raw and alive while not even being bothered to wipe the blood from his mouth, even if it’s been there for hours. . And typically it has only been because of the Flash's intervention that Grodd hasn't taken over the world or at least taken over Gorilla City, which has shown it has the ability to effect mankind on a global scale when needed. so you bet he's in the top 5)

-Inertia (AH ! Thaddeus, the Dezaggo, version in Impulse was calculating , devious , meticulous & always selects his victim with precision. I love what drives Thaddeus: he seeks attention & caring but he hides from everyone, the scene where Bart litterally tells that he'd die for Max was just beautiful with Thaddeus falling on his knees seeing that for all his genius his life was hollow.
You know what would be in character for Inertia?
putting Impulse & the flashes to shame with several machinations & then acting as the new superhero in town to spite the flashes & inflate his ego, having then what he wants: the flashes became useless & he is crowned superhero!then he'll make the justice league has-been ! He'll be the only hero on earth! mwaahahaaahahahaha! this is so despicable it hurts ! they don't call him Florence ...er Thaddeus for nothing!)

- Magenta ( reformed rogue yet ex-girlfriend of Wally with magnetic powers)

- Murmur ( creepy? no, shit-your-pants scary ex-surgeon who HATES noises & tongues, & shows it to you pretty well)

-Replicant (biggest & most powerful flash rogues fanboy)

- Savitar (I hate how he got shat on in rebirth! this is one mad villain, venerating speed & motion before fusing with the speed force , worthy of the top 10)

-Shade (came to life in James Robinson’s Starman & one of the greatest anti-heroes in all comics. With an origin that is only vaguely explained, Richard Swift gained immortality and his strange shadow powers almost 200 years ago. Before his time in the meta-human game, Shade was still annoyed and occasionally entertained by his rivalries with a dwarf named Simon Culp (stricken with the same abilities) and the Ludlows, a persistent bloodline obsessed with killing him)

-Tar Pit (the gangster that looks like he's melting)

-Cicada (pretty messed up fundamentalist that venerates the flash...)

-Plunder( guy came from a mirror universe, but hey we don't judge a guy by his birthplace...)

-Blacksmith ( New rogues leader, deserves more attention,the elixir finally transformed her skin into an ebony metal-flesh compound.)

-Double down (crazy guy who throws cards his flesh produces, deserves a job in a casino if he reforms...)

-Girder (Tony Woodward assaulted a female coworker, leading to a riot in which he was thrown into a vat of steel. The steel turned out to be scraps from experiments at S.T.A.R. Labs, and Tony survived, his body becoming steel itself. He remained cruel and angry, however, and used his new strength for robbery and murder.)

Dr Alchemy ( most underrated, underused flash villain, period...)
