Looks like a water-colour.... I've been wanting to do some Silent Hill inspired shots myself, but my artistic talent is in building and detailing things, and I just don't have the money to make props and sets right now...

Yeah. It looked a lot diferent before I made the last touches, but it also looked unfinished, which is why I blurred it to look like a water-colour, or an old painting.
