The Kaesti Prophet.

'And the Childe was born unto the earth with limbs of the Dragon and the body of an Elf. He is the Balance. The bringing of the Prophecy. And onto His flesh, We will engrave His word, for it is the People's [Kaesti] way. Perfected mirror. Horror Childe. Our Destiny.' ~ Elder scribes Incantation.

This is a representation of the Kaesti Prophet, whose original design belongs to ~TheVig
The prophet is full of self-importance and almost arrogant. Incapable, though, of doing the most basic of tasks for his arms are his wings. So, he has a personal troop of Kaesti priests whom answer to his beckoned call. They also enscribed the writings upon his flesh via a strange pain-infliction ritual which allows the prophet, whilst in the Trance, to see visions and predict future events which will determine the Kaesti people's destiny.
