I like the shot. Good Idea, but, its to grainy. Did you try to sharpen it in adobe? Any way, it could just be me.
Another thing is borders. They always look good solid. There are random times that one can get away with using more then one color, but in general its a good way to stick to a solid. Make sure they are crisp and even.
.... I'm such a photography student.... even thought i dropped that major.. haha.
